All the personal data obtained through this web site will be included in the corresponding automated files. These files have been communicated to the Data Protection Agency. The user must fully complete the registry form. If otherwise, S’ALGAR HOTELS, S.A. and XORSA, S.A. will not be able to provide the services offered on the Portal. The user must provide the personal data indicated on the registry form. The user declares that all the information he has provided to access this Portal and throughout its use, is true, complete and precise, and commits to keep it updated. If you include personal data property of third parties on any of the forms in the web site, you must obtain their consent and inform them of the aforementioned facts, prior to including them. The general purpose of the data collection is to carry out the provision of services offered through this web site. The specific purposes of the data collection are described bellow:

• Data obtained in the processing of on-line reservations and from the Reservation Request form. This collection is carried out with the purpose of proceeding to the reservation requested and in general to present a customised offer of products and services and manage all the user's requests. The client who makes a reservation will be informed that his personal data will be transferred to the hotel of destination with the aim of managing the reservation and guaranteeing its execution.

• Electronic Mail. In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2.002 of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, S'Algar Hotels, S.A. and Xorsa, S.A. will inform you that your electronic mail address will be included in a distribution list with the aim of proceeding to the sending of information, news, as well as to perform promotion and advertising activities of the group S'Algar Hotels. The user may revoke at any time his given consent by sending an e-mail to salgarhotels@salgarhotels.com

S’ALGAR HOTELS, S.A. and XORSA, S.A. likewise informs you that his Server may send a file (cookie) to his computer which will enable us to know you better as a user and therefore customise, in your interest, the information that you will receive in the future from the Portal.
